Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any relevant packing slips to ensure faster processing.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
